By accessing or using the Chameleon Self-Assessment Tool ("the Tool"), provided by Eveliko Ltd. ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Tool.
The Tool provides an automated assessment of your existing CMS environment for informational and planning purposes only. The results are generated based on the data accessible at the time of the scan and should be treated as indicative guidance, not as a definitive technical audit or professional recommendation.
The Tool operates in a strictly read-only manner. It does not write to, modify, update, or delete any data, records, configurations, or content in your target database or CMS environment. No changes of any kind are made to your systems as a result of using the Tool.
The Tool is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You use the Tool entirely at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eveliko Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Tool, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity - even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The output of the Tool does not constitute professional, technical, legal, or consulting advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on the results provided.
Any data accessed during the assessment is used solely for the purpose of generating your report. We do not store, share, or sell your data beyond what is necessary to deliver the assessment results. For details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
The Tool, its design, methodology, and all related materials remain the intellectual property of Eveliko Ltd. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Tool.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
