What is a NATO CAGE Code?

A CAGE (Commercial and Government Entity) code is a unique identifier issued to companies that supply goods or services to NATO member governments and their agencies. The NATO variant - NCAGE - is administered by NSPA and is a prerequisite for participation in defense and government procurement across all 32 NATO member states. It signals that a supplier has been formally vetted and is eligible to work on projects where procurement compliance, traceability, and security accountability matter.
