Chameleon System Requirements

Below are the minimum specifications for provisioning a Chameleon VM. These assume the databases are hosted on the same machine.

RAM	8 GB minimum, 16 GB recommended if the source CMS database is large
Storage	80 GB SSD

Operating System	Windows Server
Web Server	IIS
Runtime	.NET 8 Hosting Bundle

Notes

• Assumes lighter workloads (small DBs and item collections).
• If the source system's content tree is large, we strongly recommend upgrading RAM from 8 GB to 16 GB.
• These specs account for Chameleon and supporting services running on the same machine, including databases.
